“After many years of experimenting Italian Master Chef MAURIZIO LEONE, from the university of pizza in Padova ITALY, came to the conclusion that pizza dough can be healthy, easily digestible and most importantly very tasty as long as it goes through a cold fermentation period of at least 24 hours after it’s mixed and before it’s served.

Costa D’Oro follows that process and that’s why our pizzas are healthy, crispy and most importantly molto deliziose.”
